To search for solutions using Self-Service, log in to Customer1. Then:

1. Click the Solution Search link.
   
   
2. Select the Frequently Used Solution option to search for solutions related to the product group and the product/service.
   
   
3. Select the Keywords option to search for solutions based on keywords that you enter for search parameters. For example, you can enter CRM in the Keyword field, for a search by that topic.
