The Installed Products component tracks the products or services installed at a customer's site. This information is then used to associate installed products with Provider Groups and Entitlements for support. Use the Product component to maintain installed product data.

Other tabs enable you to access Installed Product information:

• Environment - App server, Client, Database Server, Web Server
  
  
• History - tracking activity regarding the installed product.
