With the new self-service web page, Self-Service users can:

• Receive updates and fixes.
• Create new cases.
• Update cases.
• View installed products.
• Search for solutions to a case.
• Search for solutions without opening a case.

Under Support Center, the customer selects from a list of business units. Names of business units for the Self-Service user appear as:

• Global Support Center
• Customer Care
• Support Functions
• Alliances

Note that on the new self-service web page there is a pagelet for recent cases and links to create a case, view a case progress, or search for a solution without creating a case.
