How to transfer calls from a Siemens phone
Transfer lets you send a call/caller to another extension.
To transfer a call/caller from a Siemens phone, do the following:
Ask the other party to hold while you transfer them.
Confirm that the 2nd line on the display of the Siemens phone has Start Transfer? displayed.
If Start Transfer? is not displayed, use the right arrow button at the bottom of the phone and scroll until it is displayed.
Select the Start Transfer? feature by pressing the check-mark button.
Dial the extension where the call/caller is to be transferred.
If you want, announce the caller when the party answers.
The display will now show Transfer?.
Complete the transfer of the call/caller by pressing the check mark button.
