How to forward calls to another extension on a Rolm phone
Forwarding calls redirects your incoming calls to another extension.
To forward calls to another extension, do the following:
Pick up the handset or press the line button on your own phone.
Press the # 9 1 keys and the extension where you want your calls forwarded.
Hang up.
To cancel forwarding calls, press # # 9 1 on your own phone. This can NOT be done remotely.
Please note that if no one answers the call at that extension, the caller will be put in that extension's PhoneMail box.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT use the code for fixed call forwarding (#90, ##91) as it will remove the call forwarding to your PhoneMail box.
