How to program and use speed station dialing on a Siemens phone
Station speed dialing lets you assign frequently used dialing sequences (like extensions or outside numbers) to each of 10 single-digit codes (0-9). This will enable you to dial a single-digit code instead of the entire sequence.
Programing station speed dialing
To program station speed dialing on a Siemens phone, follow the steps below:
U sing the right arrow button scroll to and select the Program/Service? option by pressing the check mark button.
U sing the right arrow button scroll to and select the Change destinations? option by pressing the check mark button.
U sing the right arrow button scroll to and select the Station speed dial? option by pressing the check mark button.
Enter index: will be displayed to prompt you to enter the station speed dialing code.
Enter the desired station speed dial code (0 through 9).
Enter new number: will be displayed to prompt you to enter the phone or extension number sequence.
Enter the phone or extension number sequence you want the code to dial.
If you make a mistake while entering the number sequence, scroll to Cancel? using the right arrow button, and select it by pressing the check mark button. Enter the number sequence again.
U sing the right arrow button scroll to and select the Save? option by pressing the check mark button.
U sing the right arrow button scroll to and select the Exit? option by pressing the check mark button when you are finished programming station speed dial codes.

To dial a station speed number follow the steps below:
Press the key with the right-facing or left-facing triangle near the bottom of the phone face.
The display should read MAIN MENU Speed dial features?. Press the Select key (the large button with a check mark).
Press the right-facing triangle key so that the display reads SPEED DIAL FEATURES Station speed dial? >.
Press the Select key.
Enter the speed code assigned to the number you wish to use.
Your programmed number should be dialed.
