How to report problems with pager or that it has been lost/stolen
If you are experiencing problems with your pager such as not receiving pages or if your pager has been lost or stolen, contact PeopleSoft's Verizon Corporate Customer Care Hotline at 888-223-4123.
If your pager was lost or stolen, you will also need to submit a NorthStar ticket requesting a new pager after contacting Verizon's Customer Care Hotline. For additional information, see Eureka! document 86040 — How to order a PeopleSoft issued pager.
