How to borrow computer cords and peripherals using NorthStar web
Whether loaners are available depends upon the resources of your local Field Operations. There are no loaners available at Corporate. To try to borrow computer cords, network cords, dongles, and other computer peripherals submit a NorthStar ticket, 70001 — How to create a ticket in NorthStar, or contact Technical Support Operations . Start with Technical Support Operations if your need is urgent, but please note that you may be instructed to purchase the item because materials are not always available for loan. Be sure to leave a telephone number where you may be contacted. Field Operations will contact you regarding whether the item is available and when you can pick it up. Field Operations will require your employee ID. If the item is not returned your department will be charged. Do not just drop by the Field Operations office.
