PeopleSoft Passport/Access card
The PeopleSoft Passport is a combination photo ID card and access card.
General information:
The PeopleSoft Passport must be worn visibly (at or above waist level) at all times while at a PeopleSoft location. PeopleSoft Passports are obtained at New Hire Orientation in Pleasanton or from the office manager (regional offices).
There is a Badge Request Form you will be required to fill out to receive a card. That form can be obtained at New Hire Orientation. If you cannot attend New Hire Orientation or start working before you attend class, the form is also available from the site listed below.
Contractors/temporary employees:
Your manager must request a card for you. You cannot request one.
Six weeks before your card is due to expire, your manager is sent an email informing them of that fact. The email details what the manager must do to extend the badge. If the manager does not respond to the email, reminder emails are sent. If your badge expires, you must contact your manager and ask your manager to follow the process outlined in the email before your badge will be extended.
Problems:
If you are having a problem gaining access with your PeopleSoft Passport, please contact the local security group for your office. At corporate, the number is 45555.
If you lost your card or it is stolen, contact Security immediately so that it can be deactivated! Then send an email to Passport Administrator requested a new badge. In the email, let the Administrator know that you've reported the loss to Security.
