How to order a JAZ drive or surge protector
To order a Iomega JAZ drive or a surge protector for your workstation, IF you are an employee based in the United States, see the Eureka! document on accessing the Peripherals Ordering website . (The website is not yet available for use by employees based outside the U.S.)
If you are not based in the U.S., you must fill out a purchase requisition. For more information about how to create a purchase requisition, see Eureka! document 17202 — How to enter a new requisition using eProcurement. Your manager must approve the requisition. In the Estimated Unit Price for a Iomega JAZ drive request, you can put in the amount $600 as the initial cost. The actual cost will vary.
