If one of your PeopleSoft-issued standard computer peripherals needs repair, open a NorthStar ticket. Make sure to specify the part that is broken. You may need to bring the part and/or your machine to an analyst so that they may inspect the part or machine, but do NOT do so until you are instructed to.

Computer peripherals include:

• Keyboard
• Mouse
• Monitor
• Floppy disk drive
• Network hub
• Network dongle
