How to set up and use speed dialing - Rolm phone
You can use Speed Dial to easily connect to often-used phone numbers. Click on one of the choices below:

Programming speed dial numbers
The speed dialing feature of your Rolm telephone requires that you program individual numbers before they can be used. Follow these steps to program a speed dial number on your phone:
Press { #} { #} (2 pound keys), and then { 3}.
Enter the speed code you want to assign to the phone number.
Enter the phone number as you would dial it normally.
Hang up.
Examples:
# # 3 1 6-832-2XXX.
# # 3 2 8-1-YYY-XXX-XXXX
Note: 8 is needed to access an outside line at corporate offices; number at other offices may vary
1-YYY is needed only if you are dialing outside your current area code.
The phone number should now be accessible using speed dialing.

To dial a programmed number using speed dialing:
Press { #) { 3} speed code.
- Using Example #1 for programming numbers, to call the person in Teaneck, press # 3 1.
Your programmed speed dial number should work.
