Organizing your Start Menu can be useful but the process can also be confusing if you get distracted in the middle. If you get interupted in the midst of dragging a file from one place to another you can accidentally drop it in the wrong place. There are several "Start Menus" in Windows NT- "All Users", "Administrator", and "(your user name)", If there are other users of your machine they may have their own "Start Menu". The default location for most PeopleSoft installed applications is the "All Users".
