The error type mismatch when you attempt to launch PS RAS Connection Manager indicates that you may have changed your date format to a nonstandard format. The format you have chosen does not even appear in the Regional Settings for your machine, but is one you typed in yourself. PS RAS Connection Manager is unable to read that format at this time. You will need to change the date back to a standard format.

At this time, we cannot support German date formats, which have a period (.) as a "time separator" (the character that goes in between the hours, minutes, and seconds). This will be fixed in the near future.
