ERROR: Your user name or password are invalid...
Symptom:
The error message Your user name or password are invalid. Please try again later. You may have to contact Sprint for assistance appears when attempting to connect using a Sprint PCS Connection Card.
Cause:
Your user name or password is not correct, is no longer valid, or there has been a recent change to your account profile.
Resolution:
You will need to contact Sprint PCS support for assistance with resolving this error message. See Eureka! document 54292 — Sprint PCS Connection Card support for information on getting assistance from Sprint for your Sprint PCS Connection Card.
