Sprint PCS Connection Card support
Sprint provides all support for the Sprint PCS Connection Card. PeopleSoft IT and Technical Support Operations do not currently provide any form of support, escalation, or maintain any troubleshooting information for these cards.
To contact Sprint for assistance, follow these steps:
Dial 1-888-211-4727.
Choose option 2 for "all other questions" (that are not related to activation).
When prompted, enter your ten-digit phone number, followed by the # sign (i.e. 925 202 1234 #).
The menu is voice-prompt driven. Speaking slowly, tell the call system briefly what your issue is (i.e. "I have a billing issue", or "Technical difficulties.")
Your call will be routed to either pre-recorded information, account information, or to a support representative, based on your issue and your responses to voice prompts from the Sprint support call system.
