How to find your iPass user name and password
The iPass client user name and password is stored independent of any other login information, so the password will not match any other password you currently use for remote access or other applications. (You can change the default password to something you decide, however.)
The user name is the same as your network login name. See Eureka! document 55125 — Network Name for steps to find your network name.
The default password is Psoft1633. You are strongly encouraged to change this to something private and known only to you. For information on how to reset this password, see Eureka! document 54056 — How to change your iPass password.
If you are unable to use this password, or the password is no longer working, log a NorthStar ticket to request your password be reset.
