iPass client timeout periods
The version 3.2 iPass client has two time out periods built into the iPass client.
Inactivity (idle) timeout: The client will disconnect if there has been no activity for 10 minutes. (The threshold is 1,024 bits per second.)
Session timeout: The client will disconnect after 6 hours of continuous connection. A warning message displays 15 minutes prior to the session timeout (after 5 hours, 45 minutes of connection.)
These timeout periods are a global setting throughout PeopleSoft, and are not user configurable.
