The following steps will walk you through Modifying iPass Dial Properties to Access an Outside Line. (This applies to the iPass version 3.2 client.)

1. Launch the iPass client software by clicking on the Start menu, then Programs, then iPass, and finally, iPass Connect v3. The iPass client window opens.

2. Click on Dial Properties.

3. In the To access outside line dial box, enter the numbers required to access an outside line.

   Note: This number is typically 9.

4. Click OK to close the Dial Properties Window.
