If nothing prints over your network printer or at home, remove all of your mapped printers and reinstall them. Then close all running applications and reboot. You may also want to confirm that the printer is mapped.

Click the operating system you are running and follow the detailed steps.

WINDOWS NT 3.51

To delete your printers:

1. In Program Manager, open the Main program group and double-click on Printer Manager.
   
   
2. Click on Printer from the menu bar and select Remove Printer.
   
   
3. Click on Yes to delete the network printer icons.

To add your printers:

1. Double-click on the Print Manager icon in Program Manager.

2. Select Printer, then Connect to Printer... to open the Connect to Printer dialog box.

3. Scroll down the list of Shared Printers: to select the domain for the printer you want. When you find the appropriate domain, double-click on it to open the list of workstations and servers available.

4. Scroll down the list until you find a print server. (Print servers have the word print somewhere in their name and preceded by an abbreviation of their home office.) Select the print server to bring up a list in the Shared Printers: box of the available printers covered by this server.

5. Click on OK.

6. Close all running applications and reboot.

7. Remap your printer. F or information about remap your printer , see Eureka! document C47009 — Mapping a printer.

You should be able to print now.

1. Click on Start, then Settings, then Printers, then double-click the Add Printer icon.

2. In the Add Printer Wizard window, select N etwork printer server and then click on Next.

3. Type or select the printer from the list shown and click on OK.

4. Select Yes or No to use this printer as the default and click on Next then Finish.

5. Close all running applications and reboot.

8. Close all running applications and reboot.

You should be able to print now.
