There are 2 ways to map a PeopleSoft network printer. One is to a search for a printer at your location (instructions are in this document) and the other requires that you know the full network name of the printer (see Eureka! document 40010 — How to add a PeopleSoft network printer by name.)

  10. Once you've chosen the location you wish to browse, click OK. You are returned to the Find Printers screen.

  11. If you wish to further limit your search to color printers or duplex printers, follow these steps:
    • Click on the Features tab.
    • For duplex printing, click the checkbox next to Can printer d ouble-sided.
    • For color printing, click the checkbox next to Can print co lor.
