The UC/LC Load message that diaplays on your printer indicates that the printer is waiting for a non-standard paper size. You need to reset the printer and change the paper type within the application.

At the printer, press the { CONTINUE} button on the printer panel. This will cancel the load command sent to the printer and allow the job to print. However, the output may not be printed properly due to the paper type setting within the application you are printing from.

At your computer, you need to verify that you are printing to 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper.

From the application's main screen, select File from the menu bar, then Page Set up....

From the Paper Size tab, set the paper size to Letter 8 1/2 x 11 in.

From the Paper Source tab, set the source to Default tray (Auto Select).

Once you have changed the print settings to the above, your system should now print properly. If you have further problems with these settings, please refer to the documentation for that specific application.
