The 41. x message that displays on your printer is usually due to incorrect media size or the printer grabbing two pieces of paper at one time. Remove your output and reset the printer so the job can reprint.

At the printer, remove any paper from the output bin.

Press the {Shift} and {Continue} buttons on the printer panel. This will reset the printer.

The page that contained the error should now print again automatically. If you experience further errors, check your application for proper media size.
