Some Toshiba Equium 7100 desktops under the Windows NT4 operating system have video drivers that cannot properly display Planet PeopleSoft and other pages in Internet Explorer. To correct the problem install new drivers from the Software Library.

 

To install the updated Equium 7100 video driver  from the Software Library in Lotus Notes:

1. Open Lotus Notes, then open the Software Library by clicking the bookmark link.

• You may need to look in your databases folder for the Software library bookmark

• If you don't have the Software Library bookmark see document 16250 — How to add the Software Library database link to Lotus Notes for instructions on installing the Software library bookmark.

2. Click the Standard Software Package Installs icon.

3. Click By Package Name.  This view will probably already be showing as it is the default view.

4. Scroll until you see the entry Equium 7100 video driver update NT4 (resolves display problems with PeoplePlanet) and double click on it to open it.

5. Follow the instructions on the page to install the software. Be sure to install the correct software.
