Your computer will not be replaced merely because the fan is loud. If your computer fan is very noisey, however, it may be failing and repair required. Before taking that step, however, see if the problem can be resolved by improving the machine's operating conditions. Knocking and banging is a sign the fan needs to be replaced. If it doesn't work at all, it needs to be replaced before it causes damage to the CPU. Before submitting the machine for replacement or repair try using one of the canned air products to see if that resolves the problem.
