Planet hangs at log-in. May get "Page cannot be displayed."
If Planet hangs after the logon screen, or shows the error " Page cannot be displayed" then the first step is to determine whether it affects other users. If the server is over burdened some users may be able to get access while for others the login hangs or the "Page cannot be displayed" error occurs. Check NorthStar web to see if the issue has been reported. Some, but not all, of the Planet resources can be accessed through this page on Direct Planet Links.
