Symptoms:
The following error occurs when a user who has never customized their Planet PeopleSoft homepage attempts to log in to Planet PeopleSoft: ERROR: There is a technical issue with your homepage. To correct this error, please personalize your home page.
Resolution:
Click the link to personalize your home page. See Eureka! document 19023 — Personalizing Planet for more information.
If this does not resolve your issue, please create a NorthStar service ticket or contact Technical Support Operations for assistance.
