The message " Warning: Page has Expired The page you requested was created using information you submitted in a form. This page is no longer available. As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not automatically resubmit your information for you. To resubmit your information and view this Web page, click the Refresh button." when using Internet Explorer to view a web page is a normal error message if you are filing in a form and wait too long before progressing to the next step. It will also occur after you have submitted a form and use the back button to return to an earliuer page. It may also occur when you submit a database query, click a link in the returned results to visit a page, then return back to the results page. You may receive the following warning message: res://mshtml.dll/repost.htm.
The most common cause of the message is simply too long a delay in submitting a form, or returning to a form after it was submitted. In either case refreshing I.E. will usually correct the problem, although in some cases you will have to start from the beginning in submitting the information.
Check your "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option. You will get this message if that option is enabled.
View the source and see if the page author is using cache control. Look for a "cache-control: private" tag in the header. If this is a significant perfomance issue you can try contacting the party responsible for the web page and request they remove or modify that tag.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is current and up to date on service packs.
