Sometimes after uninstalling a program you will get the error message "Cannot find C:\program or one of it's components" It means that the program was not completely removed and that reference to the program remains in the registry. To correct this situation the registry needs to be edited. Registry edits can be performed remotely by Technical Suppport Operations. You will need open a NorthStar ticket to make an appointment for service. Be sure to include your contact number.
