Symptom:
The following message displays: Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the server is busy. Try again later.
Resolution:
For video on demand (recorded events), this message indicates that the bandwidth limit has been exceeded. Try accessing the file later.
For a live event such as PSTV or PSRadio, this message indicates that the multicast transport on the network is not working. Submit a NorthStar ticket or contact Technical Support Operations.
