Error: Your Campus license has expired...
The Knowledge Center error "Your Campus license has expired. Only the System Administrator can renew the license after logging in." occurs when a user's Participant player contains legacy registration data. The Enterprise Webcast system previously used an internal server that has since been discontinued.
To resolve, follow the steps below:
Click Start, then click Programs.
Select Interwise, then select Interwise Participant Options.
If you don't have the Participant Options, see Eureka! document 16180 — How to troubleshoot the PeopleSoft Enterprise Webcast Participant for more information.
Select the ICCs tab.
In the ICC URL/IP drop down list select psuwebcast/studio.
Click on the REMOVE button and agree to the removal of that site. (The only PeopleSoft sites we currently use end in either PSFT2 or PSFT1. You can repeat this process for any other remaining sites.)
Select the Others tab.
Highlight the address in the URL field and delete it. (This points to an old server.)
To register your Participant to the correct site:
Open Internet Explorer and log in to Planet PeopleSoft. For more information, see Eureka! document 15270 — How to log in to Planet PeopleSoft.
Locate PlanetNavigator on the left side of the screen.
Under Employee Resources, click Meetings.
Scroll down to the Web Conferencing section.
Click on the link to enter the Go directly to Enterprise Webcast (Interwise). If your account is not created, follow the instructions to create your account now.
Click on the Create iMeetings Now button located in the left menu.
Wait a few minutes for it to create your personal iMeeting event.
When prompted, select the middle (default) option to use the installed Participant.
If you are prompted to open or save a file, select Open.
The Interwise Participant should launch and join the iMeeting. This will register the player to your name.
If you are still receiving this error, submit a NorthStar ticket or contact Technical Support Operations .
