ERROR: Error logging in! [java.lang.Exception: Invalid WAM Userid/Password Combination!]
Symptoms:
The following error message displays in EdWeb: Error logging in! [java.lang.Exception: Invalid WAM Userid/Password Combination!]
Cause:
This message displays when a user enters an incorrect login and/or password.
Resolution:
Check the following to make sure you are entering your login information correctly:
Your UserID is your employee number.
Your password is the same as your Planet PeopleSoft password.
Your password is case sensitive. Make sure that Caps Lock is not on.
