The Microsoft Word error

• " The wrong wwintl32.dll has been loaded. Make sure that the Word directory is in the path"

or

• " Cannot find the file 'C:\User\Winword\xxx.doc' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available."

occurs due to an incompatible wwintl32.dll file.

PeopleNet Update #28, released on April 15, 1999 included an update of the winword.exe file which requires the new wwintl32.dll.

The solution to this error is to reinstall Microsoft Office97 from the Software Library.
