The Customer Connection error " Error processing form: VW_Form.saveobject.vansaverecord: form is empty.[-28] ( ) [0]" occurs when trying to submit a new case in Customer Connection due to an incompatible browser version with VanWeb.

This error can only occur when submitting a case for a customer since PeopleSoft employees are unable to submit a case. Please have the customer contact the Customer Connection Support Line at 800-477-5738, then select the Customer Connection option..

In order to successfully use Customer Connection and all its features, it is recommended you use either Netscape version 4.5 or greater or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or greater.

For PeopleSoft employees, using Internet Explorer will resolve this problem.
