Symptom:
ERROR: An unknown error has occurred Number=3192 could not find output table BUS_UNIT_OPT_TBL

Cause:
You are not using the current version of this application. The current version is the Version 8 July 2003 Release.

Resolution:

1. Open Lotus Notes.

2. Open the Software Library by clicking the bookmark link. If you don't have the Software Library bookmark, see Eureka! document 16250 — How to add the Software Library database link to Lotus Notes.

3. Click the Standard Software Package Installs icon.

4. Scroll down the Mobile Time and Expense, app and upgrade entry and double click on it to open it.

5. Click the UPGRADE Mobile Time and Expense July, 2003 button.
   
   

6. A black C:\ window will appear followed by a dialog box instructing you to close MTE application if you have it open. Click OK to proceed.

7. The upgrade will install. A dialog box will appear that when the installation of the upgrade is complete. Click OK.

Open the MTE application to verify that you are on the latest version of MTE. It should say Version 8 July 2003 Release. For additional information, see Eureka! document 17318 — How to check your version of MTE.
