Symptom:
Error message: An unknown error has occurred. Number = 12152 PSTEMOBL.

Cause:
This error may occiur during periods of high server or network load, indicating that the control data refresh sessions timed out.

Resolution:

If you are attempting this report during high traffic time (usually Friday afternoons PST) then you may want to wait for an hour and try again.
