Symptom:
ERROR: The Expense Accounting Date, MM-DD-YYYY, is not open. The open period for PSOFT is from MM-DD-YYYY to MM-DD-YYYY. (10502,107)
Cause:
The accounting date must be opened by the Accounting department before reports can be charged against it. This may affect international users more often than North America users.
Resolution:
Open a
NorthStar ticket or contact
Technical Support Operations so that a ticket can be opened and your issues escalated to Corporate Finance.
