Symptom:

Users with Internet Explorer 5.5 and Acrobat 4.0 may experience the following symptoms when attempting to print Crystal reports that have been output to PDF format:

• Unable to print PDF output but can view the PDF online.

• When attempting to print only the graphics appear.

• The following error message displays: ERROR: nocurrentpoint OFFENDING COMMAND: currentpoint STACK: dictionary - savelevel - savelevel - savelevel.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue you will need to re-run the report choosing DOC as the report format.

1. Navigate to the Report you wish to run.

2. Choose Run Control ID or Add new value. Choose parameters needed to run the report. Input boxes with an * are required. Wildcards (%) can be used in some cases when you want all Values.

3. Click Run. This will take you to the Process Monitor. In the Process List section, choose the output Type as Web and Format as DOC.

You should now be able to print out your report.
