The error message : 'Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) - others not included in list. (4,2).  When performing a Prompt (F4, Shift+F4, or Ctrl+F4) operations, the database returned more rows than can be accommodated in the list box.  Use the Partial Key or Alternate Key Prompt to limit the number of rows returned or specify more characters to further qualify the key value.' can appear while Employees or Managers are attempting to update interview results in the HRDB 8 self service application.

To resolve this error message click on the OK button located within the error box. 

You will then see the same message again, click OK a second time.  This will clear the error message boxes.

You will now be able to continue with the process you were attempting.
