Symptom:
ERROR: An unknown error has occurred. Number=3075: Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'EMPLID='xxxxx' and SHEET_NAME = 'Description of Expense Report' and LINE_NBR = 1 and TRANS_NBR = 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' and SEQ_NBR = 1 and TXN_CURRENCY_CD = 'USD'

Cause:
There is either a space or an apostrophe in the expense report description.

Resolution:
Zip your pstemobl.mdb file using PKZip. The file is located in C:\Program Files\PeopleSoft Applications\Mobile Time and Expense\pstemobl.mdb. After the file is zipped, open a NorthStar ticket, list the error mesage that you received and add the zipped pstemobl.mdb file as an attachment. The ticket will be escalated to Second Level Support. The space or apostrophe in the expense report description will be deleted and the updated file sent back to you. You will then detach the updated file to overwrite the existing one. You will then be able to successfully submit your expense report.
