Symptom:
ERROR: An unknown error has occurred. Number=3315: Field 'EXCHG_RATE_DWNLD.BASE_CURRENCY' cannot be a zero-length string.

Cause:
Employee's organizational data from online needs refreshing from second level support. Because the information needs refreshing, the error is received when trying to log in to Mobile Time and Expense.

Resolution:
Contact Technical Support Operations or log a NorthStar ticket so the issue can be escalated to second level support.
