Symptom:
Expense -
ERROR: This business unit has AMEX My Wallet functionality enabled. 'Copy from Existing' is not allowed. (20020,8) With the American Express My Wallet functionality enabled, the allowed choices are 'Open a Blank Expese Report' and 'Use a Template'.
Travel Authorization - ERROR: With the American Express My Wallet functionality enabled, the allowed choices are 'Open a Blank Expese Report' and 'Use a Template'.
Cause:
When a user in a business unit that has implemented My Wallet tries to use the
Copy From Existing Report feature to create a new Expense Report or Travel Authorization, the error message is received.
Employees located in business units that have implemented My Wallet will also receive the error if they try to use the Copy From Existing Report feature to create a new Expense Report or Travel Authorization.
Resolution:
The
Copy From Existing Report feature has been disabled for these Business Units since they are now
required to use My Wallet. A new Expense Report or Travel Authorization must be created using the 'Open a blank Expense Report' or 'Use a Template' option.
