Symptom:
ERROR: An unknown error has occurred. Number=3127: The INSERT INTO statement contains the following unknown field name: 'IT_ENFORCE_AMEX_MW'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and try the operation again.

Cause:
You will receive this error message for one of the following reasons:

• You run a status check, but have not upgraded to the July 2003 version of MTE.
• You have upgraded to the July 2003 version of MTE, but you have not refreshed your control data.

Resolution:
You need to upgrade MTE to the July 2003 version via the button in the Software Library. For additional information, see Eureka! document 17304 — Upgrade/Reinstallation of Mobile Time and Expense from the Software Library. After upgrading to the July 2003 version of MTE, you must refresh your control data again. For additional information, see Eureka! document 17306 — Control Data Refresh (periodic refresh link).

If after upgrading to the current version and refreshing control data after the upgrade do not resolve the issue, contact Technical Support Operations or log a NorthStar ticket for assistance.
