ERROR: An exception breakpoint has been reached
Symptom:
ERROR: An exeption breakpoint has been reached.
Cause:
This often occurs when too many windows are open in Lotus Notes. Other factors may cause it to occur as well.
Resolution:
Delete the Lotus Notes cache (cache.dsk) and reboot your computer. This should resolve the error when you log back into Notes. For additional information, see Eureka! document

Because the error is intermittent and can be received at any time, clearing the cache and rebooting the computer may resolve the error temporarily. If the error occurs again, follow the steps above the resolve it again.
