If you receive the Lotus Notes error message " Field is too large (15K) or View's column & selection formulas are too large" when replicating, it is most likely due to Database templates (NTFs) being selected for replication on the Replicator tab. Database templates do not need to be replicated and some fields are too large which can cause the error.

To resolve this issue, deselect Database templates (NTFs) from the Replicator tab:

1. Click on the Replicator tab on your Lotus Notes workspace.

2. If a check mark appears in the box to the left of Database templates (NTFs), click in the box to deselect (uncheck) it.

3. The check mark should no longer appear.

Once you have deselected Database templates (NTFs) from the replicator tab (check mark no longer appears), try replicating again.  You should no longer encounter the error message.
