ERROR: Replicator error, File does not exist, replicating database at ...
The Lotus Notes error message "Replicator error, File does not exist, replicating database at time" occurs because you are trying to replicate with a copy of a database, not a replica. A database copy is a "snapshot" of a database at the time you make the copy. The database cannot be replicated.
To resolve this error, you will need to create a replica of the database. For information about creating a local replica, see Eureka! document 10082 — How to create a database replica in Lotus Notes.
If you do not need the copy of the database, you should permanently delete it as it takes up space on your hard drive. For information on how to permanently delete a local database, click here.
To permanently delete a local copy of a database:
Highlight the database icon by single clicking on it.
Select File from the menu bar.
Select Database from the drop down menu and select Delete... from the next drop down menu.
A pop up window will appear asking Permanently delete database filename.nsf? Warning: if you choose Yes, the database and all of its documents will be deleted.
If you are sure you do not need the database copy, click on Yes and the database will be permanently deleted.
If you are unsure, click on No and the database will remain.
The database has now been removed from your hard drive and is no longer available.
