ERROR: Insufficient memory when trying to print pasted text from Word 97 document.
The Lotus Notes error message "Insufficient Memory" occurs when you have copied some or all of a document created or saved in Microsoft Word 97 which uses a Times New Roman true type font as the default font and have pasted it into the Rich Text field of a Lotus Notes document. When you try to print the document, the error message appears.
To resolve the error:
Make sure the Lotus Notes document is in Edit mode or that you can still create it.
Highlight the text you've pasted into the Rich Text field from the Word 97 document.
Select Text from the menu bar.
Select Text Properties... from the drop down menu.
Look in the Font: field of the Properties for: box. There should be no font associated with the text.
Scroll in the Font: field until you see the font you desire the text to appear as and highlight the font name by single clicking on it.
Close the Properties for: box by clicking the "X" in the upper right hand corner of the box.
Save the document by selecting File from the menu bar and selecting Save from the drop down menu.
You should no longer encounter the error message when trying to print the document.
