ERROR: Speed Disk is designed to run with Windows 2000... service pack 3 or later...
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you receive the error when running Norton Speed Disk (screenshot below)
Norton Speed Disk
Speed Disk is designed to run with Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0, service pack 3 or later. It will not run on Windows NT 3.51.

try upgrading your version of Norton Speed Disk from the PeopleSoft Software Library (do NOT go out to the web or the store to upgrade your software). Follow these steps:
Open Lotus Notes, then open the Software Library by clicking the bookmark link.
You may need to look in your databases folder
for the Software library bookmark
.
If you don't have the Software Library bookmark see Eureka! document 16250 — How to add the Software Library database link to Lotus Notes for instructions on installing the Software library bookmark.
Click the Standard Software Package Installs icon.
Scroll until you see the entry Norton Speed Disk and double click on it to open it.
Open the section entitled Norton Speed Disk Upgrade by clicking on the right-facing triangle to the left of the section.
Click on the button Norton Speed Disk Upgrade.
Reboot your machine once the upgrade is complete.
You should no longer see the error when you run Norton Speed Disk. If you do, please open a NorthStar ticket or contact Technical Support Operations by phone for further troubleshooting.
