CTI Error - Interaction Client - Make call failed. TsError = Station not reached.

Document number: 21078

If you receive Interaction Client Error: Make call failed. TsError = Station not reached when attempting to dial out from Interaction Client, please verify the following:

  1. Check that the station id/phone number is correct in Interaction Client:

Go to the ININ Client and select Configuration Tab, then Station ID.

If you are working in a PeopleSoft office, the number should appear as the PeopleSoft PeopleNet internal phone number. This number consists of a 6, the three-digit prefix based on the regional office location, and the four-digit office extension. If you are working from outside a PeopleSoft office, the number should appear as 9 and the external number. If the number is not correct, you need to log out of ININ client and log in with the correct station id/phone number.
