You have received the Customer1 error “ There should be one and only one primary email/address/phone number” when trying to save a contact record.

One email address, address, and phone number must be designated as Primary by checking the check box. Notice that after this warning message appears, an auto check appears in the first record for each email, address, or phone number.

If the system automatically populates a check mark in the checkbox, click Save again. If not, check one primary record for each section (email, address, phone number) and save.
